I practise parkour and freerunning since September 2008 and since 2013 I regularly teach pk/fr in In Motion Academy, schools and private lessons.

Another big passion is capturing a moving pictures to my Panasonic GH 2 and making an audio-visual stories after that.

When I am not jumping or shooting you can find me in company of Mr. Ibanez – my acoustic guitar. I am also interested in health food and personal development.
